Training Needed
To train for this career someone must be certified in Neonatal reconstruction and be in the NICU (Neonatal intensive care unit). There are three parts to becoming a RN: Diploma programs offered by by hospitol-based schools, associate degrees offered by community colleges, and a bachelor's degree at a four-year college or university. Then, you must become licensed, gain experience in pedriatrics and neonatal care, become certified, and possibly pursue futher education.
