What Neonatal Nurses Do
Neonatl nurses provide complete care for babies. They attend deliveries, weigh and measure infants, bathe them and monitor their health. The nurses also provides information about newborn care and breastfeeding to the parents.
Common Health Problems
Some common health problems that are often seen are drug addicted babies, premature babies, HIV-positive babies, and babies born with respitry distress.
How It fits Me Being a neonatal nurse is a great choice of career for me because of the many skills I have that relate to neonatal nursing. I took many career finding tests and the results I got were similiar to this particular career because all of them worked with helping children or adults either physically or mentally.
